Powerful safeguarding and online safety software
Improve your digital citizenship, student internet safety and social-emotional learning!
Monitor online safety
Keyword monitoring
By monitoring the keywords and phrases your students type, your school can gain an insight into any trending issues, as well as identify individual students who are engaged in concerning activity. The keyword monitoring tool is powered by a pre-supplied online safety database of keywords and phrases, containing over 20,000 terms! If a safeguarding keyword is triggered, it’s captured immediately (available as a log, screen screenshot/screen video recording and more).
AI monitoring
AI applications such as Copilot can be monitored, plus schools can filter the events to only view those captured in an AI tool or website.
Word cloud of trending topics
Schools can see which topics are trending across the school via a word cloud, and hold assemblies or group sessions to tackle these issues.
Language packs
Keyword language packs are included to support schools with students learning English as an additional language (EAL).
School-wide internet safety
The internet/application controls helps prevent students accessing inappropriate sites and can be used to educate students on positive digital behaviour.

“We find the ease of filtering through safeguarding concerns and the ability to visualise themes
using the word cloud really impressive; it saves a lot of time.”
Identify vulnerable students
Contextual intelligence
Identify genuine concerns via a numerical risk index based on the context and history of a student’s activities.
Track ‘at risk’ student activity
Vulnerable students can be flagged and tracked as an extra layer of support and a ‘history of concerns’ is available for each student. (Only available with NetSupport DNA)
Reporting
All new events are highlighted as being ‘new’ and staff can mark them ‘in progress’ or ‘complete’, helping to keep track of them. Event details can also be printed, saved, emailed, or screen shared with colleagues. Online safety summary reports can also be sent out (classroom.cloud only).
Assisted monitoring
We’ve partnered with SWGfL to offer Assisted Monitoring, providing an extra pair of hands for UK school safeguarding teams. The team at SWGfL can monitor safeguarding alerts within your classroom.cloud account, helping to assess and prioritise concerns so your team can respond swiftly and effectively.

“Your software alerted me to a student that was looking up ways to kill one’s self. I was able to connect with the students’ mother and that student is now getting the help that they need. THANK YOU, I’m scared to think what might have happened had I not had this program.”

Empower your students and staff
Student ‘Report a concern’
Students can share their problems and get help from staff without having to approach them in person.
Online resources
Providing students with independent access to a tailored list of safeguarding resources can further support student empowerment.
Teacher ‘Add a concern’
Where teachers are verbally told of a student’s concern, they can now add the concern and choose the member of staff to report it to. (Only available with NetSupport DNA)
Acceptable Use Policy
AUP’s reminds students of the role they play in their own online safety by asking them to agree to the policy before going online.

“It is extremely useful in helping our safeguarding officers to discover any inappropriate use of our systems and allows them to respond to it. It has been extremely useful in assisting some challenging cases with students, helping to keep them safe in education.
Serious about security
Staff access levels
Set up levels of staff access to ensure only authorized members of staff can access the details of triggered incidents and control the online safety settings.
Data protection
A range of GDPR/data protection tools are included to help schools meet these requirements at no extra cost.

“The phrase match report is my favourite because it allows me to gauge a better understanding of what our students are searching for, especially in terms of catching signs early on.”
