Many schools, trusts and school systems are on a journey of digital transformation, shaped through collaboration with many of the staff within our schools. However, the role of trust and school governance in accelerating and facilitating digital transformation in our schools is often overlooked. This panel will gather leading voices representing the perspectives of school leaders, governors and trustees from a range of settings to share their experiences and ideas for best practice to harness governance as a driving force for digital transformation within schools.
