Food manufacturer company streamlines IT operations with NetSupport Manager
A leading family-run food manufacturing company, supplying products across Europe and beyond, has successfully implemented NetSupport Manager to enhance its IT infrastructure support and boost operational efficiency.
Faced with the challenge of managing approximately 500 devices, including PCs, servers and Android-based systems, with a small IT department, the company sought a robust and versatile solution. NetSupport Manager came to the rescue with its abilities to efficiently support remote control, multi-platform support, remote inventory and system information.
Initially adopted to allow the IT department to remotely support the company’s IT infrastructure, the use of our remote control solution expanded. Now, key operators also use the software to access specific devices, enabling them to support and manage operational activities directly on the factory floor.
