Jane talks about how she maintains her enthusiasm for her use of EdTech and how this is reinforced as she sees its results – especially when it has a positive impact on student engagement.
She also talks about the importance of sharing ‘little wins’ with colleagues so they too can experiences the benefits of technology in their role – and she mentions a few of the tools she uses and shares a handy trick or two!
