She’s an award-winning leader and has spent the past 10+ years working as a strategic data and technology leader. Christina is passionate about using technology leadership to build ethical businesses that are diverse, inclusive and human-centred. Her mission is to accelerate diverse and representative leadership within the fields of AI, digital data, technology and data protection.
She is the Visionary Founder, Chair and Strategic Lead for the UK’s first ever Black Privacy Professionals Network (BPPN), a unique skills development agency focused entirely on the career success of Black AI and Privacy Professionals. Christina is the London Chapter Chair and Lead for the Women in AI Governance (WiAIG), creating an inclusive and collaborative knowledge-sharing community to encourage women to come into the industry to shape the path forward. She has also developed a Tech Career Coaching practice, designed to empower women in tech as aspiring or as rising leaders.
