All about Lauren:

Lauren has worked in sales and account management for 12 years, initially with a corporate background but moving more recently into not-for-profit work. Managing global relationships, Lauren has experience in dealing with million-pound accounts and developing these within a business. In her current role at InnovateHer, she works with partners to identify needs in their organisations and ensures that deliverables are met to fulfil on promises made whilst supporting delivery into schools and students. InnovateHer’s vision is to make the tech sector more equitable by increasing diversity across the spectrum and creating more inclusive workplaces. Their mission is to get girls ready for the tech industry and the industry ready for girls. Lauren manages and develops strategic relationships with our corporate partnership network whilst supporting business development and fundraising activities.

Pinky is a multi-award winning transformational life and business coach working with career driven professionals and entrepreneurs across the UK and globe. She is passionate about helping her clients become empowered to achieve personal and professional goals with purpose, drive and vision.
