Originating in 2018, International Stress Awareness Week was created to further support Stress Awareness Day to bring awareness to stress management and the importance of reducing stress for good mental and physical health.

The theme this year is “Working Together to Build Resilience and Reduce Stress”. Together, we can all do our part to help eliminate the stigma around mental health and stress. Finding positive ways to handle daily stressors can go a long way in supporting good mental health.
