Originated in 2011 by the International Self-Care Foundation, every 24th of July is set to remind us to focus on establishing a healthy lifestyle promoting self-care as an essential part of health. Of course, part of self-care includes supporting positive habits for more than just one day as the benefits of self-care are life-long.
