Here at NetSupport we’ve recently written and featured in a couple of great education articles and a brochure!

First up is Besa’s ‘Learning after Lockdown’ brochure that contains a variety of case studies and tips gathered from schools where BESA member companies have worked to support headteachers and senior leaders as they prepare to reopen. It covers key areas including creating socially distanced environments, blended learning, mental health, hygiene and wellbeing, and supporting a return to the curriculum.

Featuring in the brochure is our recently-published ‘A Guide to Creating a Digital Strategy in Education’ written by NetSupport’s MD and Chair of two MATs, Al Kingsley, alongside ICT Evangelist, Mark Anderson. Our primary and EYFS observation and assessment solution, ReallySchool, also gets a mention for the team’s collaboration with a local primary school on the product’s development.

Also published recently, in both SecEd Magazine and Headteacher Update, is Al’s article discussing best practice in schools and what the annual to-do list should look like for an effective governing body. He looks at some of the key roles and responsibilities within a school governing body and how they should be carried out.

In addition, Al covers some of the things a school will need to consider to help its governing body enhance and support its operation, questions that governors will need to ask to best fulfil their roles, and some recommendations for school governance throughout the year.
