Summary

A security vulnerability in the NetSupport Manager Client has been discovered in a lab envinonment whereby a NetSupport Manager Client communication session could be exploited to allow a remote computer to execute some commands.

NetSupport has provided a solution for the vulnerability, information concerning this can be found under the Solution section of this Technical document below.


Solution

In order to resolve the NetSupport Manager Client Security vulnerability, the NetSupport Manager Client has been updated.

An updated version of NetSupport Manager 10.20.0004 has been released containing this new Client behaviour to resolve the Security Vulnerability previously found. To obtain this version please select the download option from the NetSupport home page.
