Summary
NetSupport DNA 2.60 is now available and includes many new features and numerous fixes, for details of what is new in NetSupport DNA 2.60, please review TD523. NetSupport DNA 2.60 is a free update to existing NetSupport DNA customers.
Details
Before updating your version of NetSupport DNA, we recommend that you create a backup of your database.
For details on how to do this, please visit TD427
NetSupport DNA 2.60 is available English, German, French, Spanish and Italian. Your existing NetSupport DNA 2.x installation can be updated either by downloading the full installation package, or by using the online updates mechanism within the product.
Update using the online updates.
- NetSupport DNA English versions see TD521
- NetSupport DNA German, Spanish, French and Italian versions see TD522
Update using the Full Installation.
- Download the full installation from www.netsupportsoftware.com/downloads
- At the DNA Server machine run this installation program
- This will detect an existing install and ask if you wish to upgrade the software
- The install will the proceed to upgrade your software to NetSupport DNA 2.60
- Any other DNA consoles or DNA Clients on your network will automatically be updated the next time they connect to the DNA Server
