Summary

It is possible to discover your serial number and other license details for each of the NetSupport Products please follow the instructions for each NetSupport product below for details on how to check your serial number.

Details

NetSupport Manager \ NetSupport School/Inform

1. For NetSupport Manager Start the Control, For NetSupport School/Inform start the Tutor.
2. Select About From the Help Menu.
3. Select the License tab.
4. The Following Information is displayed

• Licensee:
• Serial Number:
• Max Number of Licensed Clients:
• Expiry date of License:

For earlier versions of NetSupport Manager or School the license information can be displayed as follows:

1. Open a Command prompt and Change to the folder that your NetSupport product is installed in.
2. At the Command prompt type NSMSERIA / R
3. The following information will be displayed

• Serial number :
• Maximum clients :
• Expiry (dmy) :
• Licensee :

NetSupport Protect

1. Start the NetSupport Protect Configuration Utility
2. Click the Help Button from the main Toolbar
3. Select the option {About} from the list
4. The following information will be displayed

• Licensee Name
• Serial Number
• Version Number

NetSupport DNA

1. Start the NetSupport DNA Console
2. From the Help Drop down menu select {About DNA Console}
3. The following information will be displayed

• Server Address
• Local Address
• Components details
• Serial Number
• Product version

NetSupport DNA Helpdesk

1. Start the NetSupport DNA Helpdesk
2. Log onto the DNA Helpdesk with Admin permissions
3. Expand the Admin Menu options
4. Select the License option
5. The following information will be displayed

• Company Name
• Serial Number
• License Code
• License details
• Version information
