Summary

NetSupport DNA is now available in the following languages

The full installations of these different language variants of the NetSupport DNA Product can be downloaded from our website at www.netsupportsoftware.com/downloads

If you have an existing DNA 2.00/2.10 installation you can migrate this installation to a new language using the DNA Translation Tool for your language.

There are currently 3 Translation Tools available:

To convert your existing installation

  1. Close any DNA Consoles that are connected to the NetSupport DNA Server.
  2. Download the Translation Tool for that language that you want to convert your installation to.
  3. Once you have downloaded the correct file run this file on your NetSupport DNA Server and follow the on screen instructions.
  4. Once the DNA Server has been updated each time a NetSupport DNA Client or Console connect to the DNA Server that Client or Console will be automatically updated to the new version.
