Not possible to Delete Clients from DNA Database

Summary
In early versions of DNA there is no facility provided to delete a DNA Client from the DNA Database. This functionality is now available and can be added either manually or via the online updates facility. This document details how to add this feature manually.

Details
To add the Delete PC's tab to the Database maintenance option found in the Tools drop down menu perform the following:

- Download the attached file and replace the one in the folder C:\Program Files\NetSupport DNA\DNA\Console\Components
- Start the DNA Console and login as a DNA Administrator
- Select {Tools}{Database maintenance}{Delete PC's tab}
Note: The Database maintenance option is only available to DNA Console operators.
To update several DNA Console's or to ensure that future DNA Console installations have this feature available perform the following:
