IT plays a big part in the range of courses on offer and DAA have recently installed NetSupport School version 10.5 at their centres in Hannover and Hildesheim to ensure their instructors have the tools at their disposal to deliver a focused learning environment.

With an increasing use of multi-media in corporate training, version 10.5’s new Audio Monitoring component has proved particularly useful to DAA. Instructors are able to interact with their students both visually and audibly without disrupting the rest of the class.
