NetSupport Shortlisted For Six Awards at 2012 Network Computing Awards
The finalists for this year’s Network Computing Awards have been announced and NetSupport is delighted to be shortlisted in an incredible six categories - confirmation that our product range continues to meet the IT challenges currently faced by our customers.

Leading multi-platform remote control tool, NetSupport Manager, will be looking to win the prestigious Software Product of the Year award.
In the Service Management Product of the Year category, our web-based ITIL incident and problem management tool, NetSupport ServiceDesk, has the opportunity to make it four consecutive wins. It has also made the final eight in the Contact Centre Product of the Year section.
Launched in April 2011, NetSupport Assist confirms our commitment to bringing innovative products to market that meet the changing needs of our customers. The Mac® and Linux-compatible PC monitoring and training tool is nominated in the New Product Of The Year category.
Ensuring IT Assets are properly managed and maintained is one of the highest priority corporate goals for any organisation where TCO (Total Cost of Ownership) is high on the agenda, and NetSupport DNA’s nomination for Network Management Product Of The Year confirms its position as one of the leaders in the IT asset management field.
Finally, instant alerting and mass notification tool, NetSupport Notify, has made the shortlist for Messaging Product of the Year.
